**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on sand and gravel plant equipment
+ Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure safe, reliable operation
+ Install, adjust, and replace components such as belts, bearings, motors, and pumps
+ Collaborate with plant leadership to prioritize maintenance needs and minimize downtime
+ Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and equipment status
