**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment to ensure reliable plant operations
+ Inspect, diagnose, and resolve equipment issues using appropriate tools and techniques
+ Execute preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
+ Collaborate with team members to improve processes, safety practices, and equipment performance
+ Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all safety and operational procedures
