We are supporting a global data centre operator with a growing presence in the Nordic region, currently seeking an experienced Data Centre Operations Manager to take full responsibility for the safe, compliant and efficient operation of its Finnish facilities JD- DC Operation Manager

This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end accountability for 24/7 operations, team performance, regulatory compliance, customer service and operational optimisation, leveraging Finland's favourable climate and energy infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Full ownership of data centre operations, including electrical, mechanical and IT systems
• Define and deliver operational KPIs covering availability, PUE, failure rates and customer satisfaction
