We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Database Manager with strong expertise in Salesforce CRM to join our team at Empor Marcom. Key Requirements: 3 years of experience in CRM operations Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Good understanding of Salesforce Trailblazer Experience managing B2B databases and CRM processes Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills Prior exposure to events, media, or marketing industry is preferred Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM operations and workflows. Handle B2B database management, segmentation, cleansing, and enrichment activities.
