Database Manager

Quilla Resources is seeking an experienced
Database Manager & QA/QC Lead
to join our Geology & Exploration team. This is a senior, high-impact role responsible for ensuring the integrity, reliability, and governance of geological, geotechnical, metallurgical, and hydrological data across mine operations and exploration projects.

This position plays a critical role in supporting resource estimation, mine planning, and strategic decision-making through world-class data management and QA/QC practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve
  data management workflows and protocols
  aligned with industry best practices.
• Administer and maintain mine, deposit, and exploration databases, ensuring full
  data chain of custody
  from drilling to modelling.
• Ensure compliance with international reporting standards (
  JORC, NI 43-101, SEC
  ).
