Job Summary

You will review and clean event databases to prepare for migration from Salesforce to HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and consistency while following project guidelines and maintaining data security.

Responsibilities

• Review and clean existing event databases to prepare for migration from Salesforce to HubSpot
• Cross-check data against master Excel and Google Sheet templates to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Identify, flag, and correct data inconsistencies, duplicates, incomplete records, and formatting issues
• Align data fields accurately with required structure and standards to support seamless migration
• Follow project briefing instructions closely to meet data quality requirements
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security throughout the project
• Provide regular progress updates and report potential data issues or risks promptly
