Data Transfer Administrator

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Data Exchange team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that requires working three days in office.

Data Transfer Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the operational readiness of critical data transfer applications and infrastructure.
• Build and enhance data transfers for internal and external clients, ensuring security compliance.
• Address tickets and resolve issues using ServiceNow, including triaging and resolving incident tickets.
• Participate in client calls to understand requirements, address change tickets, and ensure service satisfaction.
• Automate batch processing tasks, integrate applications, and manage platforms across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
