Key Requirements
- Education: Current IIT students or recent graduates
- JEE Advanced Rank: Sub 1000 preferred
- Academic Performance: High CGPA / Department Rank
- Preferred IITs: IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras, IIT Roorkee
- Preferred Stream: Computer Science Engineering (other streams may be considered)
- Availability: Must be able to commit 25+ hours per week reliably on weekdays
- Internship Experience: Must have completed or currently be pursuing a strong technical internship
