Position Overview:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Specialist to power our email marketing and lead generation efforts through strategic data extraction, management, and analysis. This role combines technical data sourcing skills with analytical capabilities to fuel our business development pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Extraction & Sourcing:

• Extract and scrape high-quality prospect data from multiple platforms including , Lead411, , ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other B2B databases
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists based on specific criteria (industry, company size, job title, geography, etc.)
• Develop and document efficient data extraction workflows and processes
• Stay current with platform capabilities, updates, and best practices for optimal data acquisition
• Identify and evaluate new data sources and tools to enhance lead generation capabilities
