Job Description

Work closely with various teams across the CBU to identify and solve business challenges by utilizing large structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data in a distributed processing environment as well as developing of machine learning models for various areas of the business on the Big Data Platform.
Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership
Identify, Analyse, and Interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

Support the extraction of data (ETL) from multiple sources.

Perform quantitative analysis of product trends to recommend mass/segmentation decisions.

Analyse and track customer behaviour to identify trends and unmet needs.

Prepare periodic and regular reports on prepaid base activity levels and Churn for decision making.
