Job Profile Summary 
Under supervision, supports the application of statistical methodologies, advanced machine learning algorithms, and AI techniques to assigned RWE projects, ensuring their timely and high-quality delivery. Also contributes to internal development initiatives focused on standardizing analytic workflows and enhancing project execution efficiency. 
Essential Functions
Drafts Statistical Analysis Plans and analysis dataset specifications to scientifically document clinical analysis requirements.
Provides statistical methodology support for standard and custom real-world studies, utilizing advanced statistical methods and machine learning algorithms for big data analysis and scientific evidence generation.
Collaborates with business teams to develop AI tools and analytic platforms, optimizing prompt engineering and standardizing analytic workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
