**Responsibilities**

+ Perform statistical data analysis using a business intelligence tool or programming knowledge to determine new trends and patterns that might affect lift truck performance. Develop vehicle health data and reports for engineering, service, sales and fleet managers. Use ERP, Baan, Quipware, InfoLink, equipment, and other Crown data to proactively determine new reports, services and product offerings that may benefit Crown engineering, sales, service and/or customers.
