Role Overview: Senior AI Engineer (Agentic Systems & RAG)

We are seeking a seasoned AI Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to design and scale production-grade LLM applications. The ideal candidate will move beyond simple prompting to build complex, stateful multi-agent systems.

Core Technical Requirements

• Framework Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph for building cyclic, stateful multi-agent workflows.
• RAG Architecture: Proven track record of building production-ready Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines (including advanced retrieval techniques like hybrid search, re-ranking, and query decomposition).
• Production Engineering: Experience moving AI models from notebook/PoC to stable production environments , including monitoring and evaluation.
