We're growing our Data Science team and hiring experienced a Data Scientist to design, build, and deploy production-grade personalization and recommendation systems across multiple client engagements.
This is a hands-on role focused on real-world impact — not research or slide decks.
What you'll do
Build and iterate recommendation and personalization models used in live customer journeys
Work with large-scale behavioral, transactional, and CRM datasets
Deploy models into production environments and continuously improve performance
Partner closely with engineering, marketing, and product teams
