About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Data Scientist to architect and deploy next-generation speech intelligence systems powering large-scale healthcare and insurance automation.
You will design production-grade ASR pipelines capable of understanding multilingual, noisy, real-world enterprise conversations — enabling AI agents to automate complex business workflows.
What You’ll Do
Build end-to-end speech analytics pipelines for production environments
Develop state-of-the-art ASR systems using Wav2Vec, Whisper, DeepSpeech
Optimize speaker diarization and language identification systems
Implement multilingual and noise-robust speech models
Lead domain adaptation and model optimization strategies
