About Position: The Backup & Disaster Recovery Engineer (L2) will support day‑to‑day backup and disaster recovery operations across AWS environments. This role focuses on executing runbook-driven tasks, handling L2 incidents, supporting DR drills, and working closely with cloud, OS, and application teams to ensure backup reliability, DR readiness, and SLA compliance. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with AWS services, and the ability to operate effectively in a 24×7 rotational support environment.
