Apex Systems, a global IT services firm, is hiring a Data Quality Issue Management (DQI) Manager for a major bank. This is a 6‑month contract position with the possibility to extend, and will be based in downtown Toronto with a hybrid work arrangement (one day a week onsite).

Job Description

The DQI Manager is responsible for the governance, validation, and reporting of Data Quality Issue Management (DQIM) activities across IT Asset Management controls after DQI submission. The role ensures accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of mitigation plans, validates issue resolution through evidence and system data, and provides data‑driven insights to improve control effectiveness and prevent recurrence.
