About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, analytical, and systems-minded Data Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our operational, billing, and financial data. This role is critical to the business. You will work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Sales, and IT, acting as the gatekeeper of data integrity across property management, leasing, billing, and reporting systems. Your work will directly impact revenue accuracy, customer trust, and executive decision-making. The ideal candidate enjoys finding patterns, catching inconsistencies others miss, and building clean, scalable data processes. You should be comfortable working with multiple systems, reconciling data, and proactively identifying issues before they become business problems.
