Responsibilities:
Recommends process improvements and alternative solutions while ensuring high‑quality problem resolution.
Builds comprehensive knowledge of QC checks through hands‑on experience and training.
Performs online survey testing, data exports, and daily/post‑fieldwork reporting.
Conducts data quality control using SPSS/Excel, applies corrections, and codes open‑ended responses.
Creates and maintains guidelines/documentation and collaborates with analysts, project managers, and data management teams on survey development.
Skills and Requirements:
5+ years of PMR industry experience with strong project management, client relationship, and influencing skills.
Advanced MS Excel skills, excellent SPSS proficiency, and familiarity with Confirmit/Codeit or similar survey tools.
