Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced lawyer with expertise in data protection laws to ensure compliance with global and regional privacy regulations, including GDPR and the India Digital Data Privacy Bill.

Key Responsibilities: Work closely with legal, compliance, IT, and security teams to manage data privacy initiatives. Lead the implementation of privacy policies and risk mitigation strategies. Independently draft, review and negotiate DPAs, Standard contractual clauses and other relevant data protection documents.

Program Management: Oversee the company’s global privacy program, ensuring adherence to privacy laws and internal policies. Lead the execution of the India Digital Data Privacy Bill.
