About the Role

We're hiring a Data Ops Associate to help Metal scale with world-class data quality. This role is core to the product: when the data is great, founders move faster, trust the platform, and make better decisions and you'll be one of the people making that true every day.

You'll own a key data domain end-to-end. That means keeping it accurate, complete, and fresh – and building the checks, workflows, and systems that make quality repeatable (not heroic). You'll investigate issues quickly, fix root causes, and continuously raise the bar as the product and dataset grow.
