Data & Operations Specialist

About the role:

We’re looking for a disciplined and collaborative PCC Data & Operations Specialist to own the pipelines and operational playbook behind our advertising systems—from Excel/CSV exports and ETL workflows to reliable apply flows (bulksheets/API). You’ll focus on data quality, process ownership, and smooth coordination across business, engineering, and vendors.

Who you are / What you bring:

You’re detail-obsessed and operationally rigorous. Bring hands‑on Amazon Advertising/ad ops experience, advanced spreadsheet skills, and the ability to translate between business needs and technical execution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming data files (Excel/CSV): clean, map, and prep for processing.
• Monitor automated jobs, handle retries/failures, and trigger replays as needed.
