**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Data Operations Lead** to join our team in **Tampa, FL** .

The Data Operations Lead will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to support the Sponsor’s digital projects and data-driven missions, to include managing agile development processes, directing data operations workflows, and translating complex customer request requirements into actionable technical tasks.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Leading digital project management initiatives and strategic workflows in direct support of SOF enterprise customer missions
+ Managing and optimizing SOF agile development processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of digital capabilities
+ Directing SOF Data Operations processes and procedures to maintain high standards of data integrity, accessibility, and security
