· 7+ years experience in Migration projects. Transforming existing data into a format for the new environment and the loading of this data into other database structures. Specific migration experience from Oracle DB to Mongo DB is preferred

· Reviewing existing migration tools and improve performance of the migration process.

· Documenting as-is and to-be processes and data flows

• In depth work experience in DTL and migration projects involving Mongo DB

· Contributing to, or leading, workshops and interviews to gather requirements

· Designing target state conceptual, logical, and physical data models

· Contributing to reporting requirements and design

· Data and Information Governance process/operating model design
