We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to drive a complex lending systems migration program. This role will lead migration planning, data analysis, transformation design, and integration mapping as legacy loan management systems transition to a cloud-based platform.

This is a strategic, data-focused leadership role. You will define how data moves from legacy to target state, ensure traceability and governance, and validate migration approaches. Engineering teams will build the ETL pipelines - you will design and oversee the data strategy behind them.
