A large Training Practice near the Cossington area is seeking to welcome a Data Lead to its friendly and diverse team. * Salary: up to £39k

* Systmone The Surgery looks after approximately 13,000 patients. You would be joining a welcoming Training Practice with 5 GP partners, 2 salaried GPs, and experienced nursing, management and admin teams. Requirements: * Lead and support a clinical admin/data quality team
* Oversee data quality and clinical coding, ensuring accurate, reliable patient records
* Help drive improvements in workflows, QOF, recalls and reporting
* Support and optimise the use of SystmOne and other practice systems
