Data Governance Specialist

**Description**

SAIC is looking for a Data Governance Specialist to help monitor intake queues and the shared drive for incoming GAO products scheduled for issuance each day

+ Maintain the Master Reports List using multiple sources.
+ Coordinate with Publishing, Congressional Relations, and General Counsel on product issue dates and discrepancies
+ Create and populate product records in the product system for all standard audit products, legal products, and special publications
+ Attach all required related and supporting files to each record
+ Apply product-type-specific SOPs for Testimonies, High-Risk Series, Interactive Graphics, Infographics, Videos, and Podcasts
+ Review metadata records for accuracy, completeness, and correct file associations
+ Provide structured feedback to indexers and resolve data discrepancies
+ Contact Publishing, OPA, or product teams to resolve questions arising during QA
