Data Governance Program Manager

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of Bryan Health data and AI governance program and infrastructure. As the organizations data and AI governance champion, collaborates with leaders and data stewards across Bryan Health to develop, implement, and execute the organizations data and AI governance strategies, policies, and procedures and serves as the technical expert in the quality of foundational data supporting operations, analytics, and AI.

As a critical part of Bryans Data Analytics Center of Excellence, recommends data and AI governance policies to entity governance for review and approval, while working with Data Analytics, IT and key business units to constantly improve data definitions, integrity, security, and reliability, ensuring high-quality inputs for analytics and AI models.
