Data Governance Lead

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Data Governance Lead in Manufacturing, in a hybrid work environment in Mississauga, Ontario. The role plays a critical part in a large‑scale enterprise‑wide ERP transformation, combining strategic leadership with hands‑on execution of data migration across multiple systems. Responsibilities

Establish and implement data governance standards, policies, and processes. Lead data migration efforts across ERP, CRM, and financial systems. Develop data mapping, validation, and cutover plans. Ensure data quality through profiling, cleansing, and monitoring. Collaborate with Finance, IT, Operations, and external partners. Act as the central owner of data readiness across all workstreams.
