We are partnering with a leading multinational industrial company in the chemicals sector to appoint a Site Leader for a key manufacturing facility in Spain.

This is a high-impact leadership role with full responsibility for site operations, team performance, and execution of business strategy within a complex, fast-paced industrial environment.

The Opportunity

As Site Leader, you will:

• Lead the site with a strong focus on safety, ethics, and operational excellence
• Liaise between the Business and the plant to ensure communication is cascading down and up
• Define and execute the annual operating plan (AOP) aligned with business objectives
