This role combines high-volume, highly accurate data entry with light warehouse-style material handling in a records storage environment. You will work primarily at a computer station, pulling individual medical files from storage boxes, identifying key data fields, and entering that information into a database with exceptional speed and precision. The position requires regular lifting and carrying of cartons between pallets and workstations, while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and productivity.

**Responsibilities**

+ Retrieve individual medical files from storage boxes and review each file to identify all required data fields.
+ Enter data from medical files into the database with a consistent high frequency of keystrokes and strict attention to detail.
