Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Data Entry Specialist for a leading manufacturing client. This individual will support a high-volume, customer-facing experience center by processing 30–40 equipment shipment orders daily for global customers. Responsibilities include accurately entering, verifying, and managing order details within ERP systems, monitoring order flow to ensure timely and error-free processing, and proactively resolving discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate will maintain organized records and documentation, uphold a high level of data accuracy, and operate with professionalism in an environment with regular exposure to clients, executives, and stakeholders. This role is best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, repetitive workflow
