Data Entry Operator

As a Data Entry Operator, you will operate data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry, verification, and related clerical responsibilities.You will follow up price lists, invoices and overall changes through the data entry process.You will report to a Data Entry Operator - Senior or a Data Entry Supervisor.
**Main Responsibilities**- Update prices of raw materials in different ERPs registering daily activities.
- Communicate with the buyer, Finance department, and DMO Master Data domains on completing the process.
- You will expedite the orders from Plants and Category Managers to meet production.
- Set up and update blanket purchase agreements upon buyers' request.
- Identify errors and improvements in the pricing process.
- ERPS and other systems or registration tools ad-hoc reporting involving requisitions, supplier spend, requisitioners, processing times.
- Analyze invoices on hold due to price discrepancies.
