Data Entry Clerk

Job Description
Insight Global is hiring for a Data Entry Clerk to sit in Tonawanda, NY. On a day‑to‑day basis, the Data Entry Clerk will review contracts and related documentation, accurately input contract details such as flow rates into internal systems, and maintain organized Excel spreadsheets used for manual billing and tracking. This role will work closely with an existing billing process, referencing system data to ensure information is entered correctly and consistently, while supporting the team with general data entry, spreadsheet updates, and basic administrative tasks as needed.
