**Position Summary:**
The Data Engineering Senior Analyst enables Talent Insights & Analytics by designing, operating, and maintaining reliable data pipelines and analytics platforms, including Databricks, that support enterprise reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics across the Talent ecosystem.
