Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines (ELT) using Snowflake and dbt
• Develop, optimize, and manage data models (staging, intermediate, marts) in dbt following best practices (modularization, testing, documentation)
• Develop, maintain, and optimize data tables and views in Snowflake
• Ingest and transform data from multi-cloud sources (AWS, Azure) and third-party systems
• Develop and maintain data ingestion and transformation workflows using AWS Glue Jobs where applicable
• Ensure data quality, lineage, security, and governance, including automated testing and monitoring
• Collaborate with analytics, data science, and business teams to translate requirements into robust data models
• Work closely with team lead to implement scalable data engineering patterns and solutions
