We’re looking for a passionate and technically strong Data Engineer to join our Technology Data Team at the NRMA. You’ll help design, build and optimise our Google Cloud-based data platform, supporting analytics, data science, and business reporting across the organisation. 

This is a full‑time, 12‑month contract opportunity with a hybrid working arrangement, combining time across our Sydney CBD and Sydney Olympic Park offices with flexibility to work from home. 

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll support the delivery of enterprise data initiatives, with an initial focus on People & Culture and HR data, while building scalable, secure data products as part of our broader data mesh architecture. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Build and maintain GCP data ingestion pipelines and data marts using a Data Mesh architecture
