Responsibilities

• Build consolidated data foundations and dashboards for workforce analytics.
• Develop single source of truth for business data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Implement and optimize data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics platforms.
• Enable advanced analytics and data science use cases, including anomaly detection, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SQL on Snowflake/cloud platform (AWS preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in Python.
• 10+ years in workflow orchestration and end‑to‑end data pipelines (Airflow, GitHub, etc.).
