Data Engineer Lead

  Analytica is seeking a hands-on  Technical Lead – Data Engineering  to support the design, development, and delivery of modern data and analytics solutions in a cloud-based environment.

This role is best suited for a senior engineer who has grown into a leadership role and enjoys mentoring teams while remaining deeply involved in technical execution.  This role follows a hybrid schedule; candidates should be located in the DMV area to support in-person collaboration as needed.

The Technical Lead will be contributor who can lead by example—guiding engineers, coordinating technical delivery, and helping teams solve complex engineering challenges.
