DATA ENGINEER 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

We're hiring a Data Engineer with Life Sciences context to own the scientific data layer of Siwa GutLab—our evidence platform that powers technical sales, probiotic development, and customer retention in poultry and swine production.

This role is not about maintaining pipelines. It's about turning complex biological data (microbiome, qPCR, histopathology, performance, metadata) into trustworthy, analysis-ready datasets that drive decisions: recommendations, claims, product roadmap, and enterprise credibility.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Own scientific data semantics: metadata logic, IDs, experiment keys, joins, and consistency across projects.
• Translate scientific outputs into well-defined analytical datasets that preserve biological meaning.
• Ensure datasets are analysis-ready, safe, and comparable (baseline vs intervention, customer vs benchmarks).
