This role plays a key part in shaping how insight is delivered across the business — supporting better decisions, stronger governance, and long-term impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning and shaping a domain‑led BI roadmap aligned to business strategy and regulatory needs
• Acting as the senior BI partner for key business areas, translating objectives into practical analytics solutions
• Prioritising and governing reporting and data initiatives based on impact, risk, and value
• Leading and mentoring analysts, visualisation specialists, and data platform resources
• Working closely with engineering leaders on architecture, pipelines, and scalable reporting solutions
• Driving innovation in reporting, dashboards, and self‑service analytics
