Role: Data Concierge
Core Responsibilities & Purpose
Strategic Bridge: Act as the primary contact connecting business stakeholders with technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of incident/support tickets in OPS.
Translation of Needs: effectively translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for our support engineers to communicate in English including initial incident triaging.
Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships between non-technical business users and expert technical squads and conduct weekly/monthly SRE meeting across the products.
Language Requirements:
Spanish: Native proficiency is mandatory.
Portuguese: Preferable not mandate.
English: Advanced professional working proficiency (implied for corporate communication).
Technical & Domain Expertise:
Cloud Platforms: Demonstrated familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) terminology, architecture, and capabilities.
