Data Collector - Data Collection

We’re hiring a Data Collector - Data Collection to carry out day-to-day data collection, applying training with reliability and consistency while meeting the quality standards and delivery requirements set by Quality Assurance.

No prior domain knowledge of the data being collected is required. Training will be provided, and you’ll be expected to translate that training into accurate, repeatable output that meets (or exceeds) agreed targets.

What you’ll be doing

• Follow the data collection process and requirements set out in initial training
• Maintain a high level of consistency so collected data meets defined quality standards
• Meet delivery requirements set by Quality Assurance

Communications

• Ask Quality Assurance for clarification when unsure, rather than guessing
• Communicate any ongoing or potential future issues quickly and professionally to Quality Assurance
• Be open and adaptable...
