Data Cleaning Staff (Bugis)

• Execute comprehensive data cleaning and reconciliation activities for Workday, focusing on employee records across multiple data fields including:
  • Educational qualifications
  • Professional certifications
  • Learning and development records
  • Other relevant data fields
• Conduct thorough verification of employee information through:
  • Direct engagement with staff to validate data accuracy
  • Cross-referencing existing records against source documents
  • Identifying and resolving data discrepancies
  • Any other duties allocated from time to time

Requirement:

• Degree/Diploma in Business/Human Resource/Information Technology with at least 1 year of working experience.
• Experience in Workday is preferred
• Good IT skills and able to work on multiple IT systems and platforms
