Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm

Support daily data centre operations, including server, network, and infrastructure monitoring.

Perform basic troubleshooting for servers, switches, routers, cabling, and connectivity issues.

Assist with rack mounting, patching, labelling, cable management, and hardware replacement.

Monitor system alerts, elevate incidents, and coordinate with vendors or internal teams.

Support backup checks, power/cooling checks, and basic preventive maintenance activities.

Maintain accurate records of assets, changes, incidents, and operational activities.

Candidate should have basic knowledge of networking, servers, Windows/Linux, and data centre operations
