The successful candidate will oversee 24x7 onsite operations, ensuring the continuous availability of critical infrastructure and managing client relationships. Key responsibilities include leading incidents, conducting compliance audits, and supervising data centre engineers.
An ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in data centre operations. Strong operational risk management skills and relevant certifications are preferred.
