Position : Data Centre Support Technician ( Immediate Hiring)

Tenure : 6 Months Contract ONLY

Working Location : Kulai Johor

Working Hour : Rotational Shift

Salary : RM 7,000 – RM 12,500

Job Responsibilities

• Must be able to work shift basis 12hours (Day/ Night) including weekends
• Responsible for a shift in a 24/7/365 working environment including on-call rostered basis shift
• Good experience in Linux
• Strong troubleshooting experience in Network, storage, server and software application
• cabling knowledge in data center will be an advantage
• Participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all production server hardware, and software.
• Provides 2nd level technical support ,manages escalated support cases and leads appropriate internal technical resources and/or 3rd party vendors to resolution.
