Data Center Technician

A large Data Center in Cheyenne, WY is hiring multiple Data Center Technicians to join the team for a great long term opportunity!
Job Duties:

+ Install, configure, and maintain data center hardware, including servers, racks, network equipment, and power distribution units (PDUs).

+ Manage cable infrastructure, including structured cabling and fiber optic systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

+ Conduct equipment troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

+ Collaborate with network and system engineers to ensure seamless integration of hardware with the data center environment.

+ Perform routine inspections to verify environmental and equipment health, including cooling systems and backup power solutions.

+ Plan and oversee the installation of external infrastructure such as conduits, cables, poles, and related facilities.
