Responsibilities

• Make informed operational decisions
• Challenge and guide technical teams and vendors
• Lead incident response and root‑cause analysis
• Ensure maintenance and operational practices align with system design, risk tolerances and SLA
• Balance technical oversight, people leadership, safety, and communication across the site and in a leadership capacity
• Act as senior technical and operational leader for 24/7 site operations
• Provide transparent direction to technical, cloud support, electrical, mechanical and maintenance teams
