Your Role

As a Security Coordinator, you will support the implementation, coordination, and enforcement of Digital Realty’s global physical security framework at local Data Center level. Acting as a key partner to the Security Manager, you will help ensure secure, compliance, and resilient operations across all sites, supporting audits, training, access management, and day-to-day security activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Security Manager in applying global security policies and requirements across local Data Centers (DCs).
  • Coordinate and monitor security training for internal teams and external security service providers.
  • Conduct scheduled security audits and inspections; support customer, internal, and on-demand audits.
  • Act as the first escalation point for security-related operational issues (. visitor access tickets, security alerts, customer inquiries).
